The mattress didn't fit. Can I change my mattress?

If you are not satisfied with your purchased mattress, you can exchange it for another product of the same type only once within 90 days.

Please bring your receipt, delivery statement (if you purchase from www.IKEA.jp, you will receive it by email), or IKEA Family purchase history, etc. and the product to the return counter of your nearest IKEA store. We will deposit the amount of your mattress purchase into IKEA return card, so please use the return card to purchase another mattress that you want to replace yourself.

If you would like to exchange it by delivery, please contact Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494 opening hours 10:00~18:00). Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the product exchange.
