Is it possible to change to "carry into the room" later?
You cannot change the contents of the delivery service after payment. Please be sure to let us know when you place an order if you need to "carry into the room" or "deliver to the front door".
If you want to change it, please cancel your order and apply again.
*Please note that we cannot refund delivery fees once a delivery has been shipped.
If you want to change from "carry into the room" to "deliver to the front door", please inform the driver on the day.
