Where can I use a reward from IKEA Family?
You can use a reward online, in the stores or when contacting us.
You can use the product rewards to buy IKEA products online, at IKEA stores or through remote shopping.
- IKEA Hiroshima,IKEA Kyoto、and all IKEA Pop-up are excluded.
- Purchases of food, outlet product, optional services such as delivery, and IKEA gift cards are not eligible.
- Valid for 30 days from date of issue.
- Limited to one per person and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Notes on returns: If you return an product purchased using a coupon, the amount of the refund will be the amount actually paid by the customer after the coupon has been applied.
Food rewards can be used to purchase food and meals at Swedish Restaurants, Swedish Food Markets, Swedish Bistros and more.
