How do I use a reward from IKEA Family in the store?
To use your reward at an IKEA store, please show the QR code or 16-digit code to a co-worker. *Not valid at IKEA Kyoto, IKEA Okayama, IKEA Hiroshima, all IKEA Pop-up stores.
When you pay at the register or place your order with a co-worker,
- Please swipe your IKEA Family card or provide IKEA Family account number.
- After registering product, please present the 2D code or 16-digit code of your desired reward.
This code will appear in the Rewards section of your IKEA Family page when you click "Choose a reward". - Verify that your reward has been applied and make your payment.
*Valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
*Limited to one time per person and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
*Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
*If you return an product purchased using a coupon, the amount of the refund will be the amount actually paid by the customer after the coupon has been applied.
