I haven’t received an email to tell me that the signup process is complete. Did I successfully become a member?
There are several possible reasons why you may not be receiving emails.
Please make sure to check the following.
When using a smartphone or mobile phone
email address If you are using domain settings or blocking certain domains, you may not be receiving password emails.
Make sure that your phone can receive emails from “@family.email.ikea.jp” and ”@ikea.com” and check that this domain is not blocked.
When using a PC email address.
Your emails could be getting automatically sorted into your spam folder, so make sure to check that this is not the case.
