Can I change the delivery date of my order?
We know that sometimes plans change - you can change the delivery date yourself through the order management pages on our website. If the option is no longer available because we have processed your order already, please contact us.
You can manage your delivery from the Order management page with your order number and e-mail address. If you need support you can contact us here.
If your delivery is parcel and cannot be changed in the purchase history, please check the enquiry number provided in the delivery notification email and contact your local Sagawa Express or LAST ONE MILE CO-OP directly.
