How much do the Kitchen Installation Service and Kitchen Storage Installation Service cost?

The cost of the Kitchen Installation Service and Kitchen Storage Installation Service varies depending on each customer's plan. As the price changes based on the size, layout, and complexity of the kitchen or storage installation, an IKEA kitchen specialist will create a personalized quotation for you.

The cost for the Kitchen and Kitchen Storage Installation Service is calculated as follows:
  1. Estimate during planning
During your free Kitchen Planning session, a kitchen specialist will create a quotation that includes the installation fee. The fee is calculated based on the specific size and installation details of the cabinets, worktops, and appliances included in your plan. Please note that this quotation is a preliminary estimate (basic cost), and additional charges may apply depending on the site conditions. The final official quotation for the kitchen installation service will be the sum of this basic cost and any additional work fees presented directly to you by the installer after the on-site inspection.
  2. On-site confirmation of kitchen installation location (Pre-installation visit, required)
For the Kitchen Installation Service, an on-site confirmation by an installation professional is mandatory to ensure that your plan and space are perfectly aligned. This visit costs ¥1,000, but this amount will be deducted from your final installation fee if you proceed with the service. Please note that this ¥1,000 fee is non-refundable if you decide not to use the installation service after the on-site visit.

On-site inspection of kitchen storage (Pre-installation visit, optional)
You can have a professional check the installation site before you use the Kitchen Storage Installation Service.
If you would like to know the exact installation cost for your ideal kitchen or kitchen storage, please use our free Kitchen Planning Service.
If additional work becomes necessary during the installation, the installer may provide a separate quotation. This will be a direct contract between you and the installer, and IKEA is not responsible for this additional work.
