Crispy potato rösti with shrimp & caviar

Ingredients:

Rösti with shrimp & caviar
1 pkg GÅNGLÅT potato fritters 
125 g SJÖRAPPORT peeled shrimps 
1/2 large red onion 
4 tbsp sour cream 
4 tsp red lumpfish caviar 
2 tsp chives, finely chopped 
Oil for frying 

Step by step:

  1. Defrost the shrimp.
  2. Finely chop the red onion.
  3. Prepare the rösti according to the package instructions.
  4. Top the rösti with sour creme, caviar, shrimp, red onion and chives.
  5. Tip! Replace the shrimp with cold smoked salmon for a delicious twist!
