Cast iron is a durable material and helps spread the heat evenly throughout the grill.
The grill is easy to move – thanks to the practical handles.
The vents increase the airflow in the bowl, which gives a higher grilling temperature and quicker cooking.
Perfect for grilling porous or small pieces of for example fish or sliced vegetables, as the grate is designed to prevent pieces from falling into the hot coals.
Good to know
This product is pre-treated with vegetable soybean oil.
To season a cast iron pot/pan, rub all surfaces with oil. Then heat the pot/pan in the oven or on the hob to max. 150 °C for a minimum of one hour. Leave it to cool and wipe off excess oil.
If corrosion or food stains arise, or if food burns and sticks, the pot/pan can be cleaned with steel wool or an abrasive sponge and then re-seasoned.
