A friend introduced these to me as they are portioned and skinless. The portions could be a bit larger, but satisfactory for a lunch or dinner meal with veggies. Easy to defrost and cook, quite tasty.

Very pleased, it is excellent quality and much better than the supermarket salmon. I put a fillet in the air fryer until par-cooked then finished off in the pan with lemon and parsley butter. It was very very good.
