ORRESLÄTT armchair is a true icon. First featured as BUSTER in our 1959 catalogue, relaunched as GAGNET with minor changes for our 75th anniversary in 2019 – and now part of the Nytillverkad collection.

Part of the Nytillverkad collection where several IKEA classics have been given a new look.

Our 1959 catalogue described BUSTER armchair as "light and handy in natural coloured rattan on black steel legs". Just as true then as now – in the Nytillverkad collection with the name ORRESLÄTT.

Perhaps you recognise this armchair from our 75th anniversary in 2019? Then it was called GAGNET, but it’s otherwise still the same.

    Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

    Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

    Rattan: If placed close to a radiator or other source of heat, the material can dry out and deteriorate.

    Rattan is happiest in dry, cool environments with an even temperature.

    Check regularly that all assembly fastenings/screws are properly tightened and retighten them when necessary.
