my experience was goodMartialAs I said above things were good overall. However, there are some cobblestones. The description labels of the towels and the leaflet of the furnitures are too big : 21cm for the first and more than 75 pages for the second which in my view are a good waste of materials, so a real threat for the environment. Think about the footprint on the ecosystem. For the towels for example a small label of about 5cm describing the components of the product should have suffice comfortably and for the second, instead of a booklet purporting to explain everything in every language of the world, a quarter of a A4 page should have been fine, containing all the instructions solely in the language of the country where the product is sold, as we are in Ireland , only in English Please look seriously at those things. Saving the planet must not be just a slogan for the optics. 4
