Does not fit !!EdelI’ve never had an issue with any Ikea products but this one. The shape of the pedestal does not flow down and therefore won’t fit ! This item is for a floating sink only. I’ve assembled and I will be returning it assembled because the pictures advertised are misleading . Also before assembling there was a slight chip in the front of the door which I was ok with (get what you pay for) and the door knobs won’t fully screw in (loose). Very poor quality1
Poor designKealenInterior shelves are not cut and do not fit around sink pedestal. Pointless. 1
Not for pedestal sinks & not durable in bathroomsEvinI bought this for my bathroom sink then discovered the lower shelf and bottom do not have the same cut-out as the top. This is not visible in the product photos because of the towels in the image. I continued assembling anyway planning to saw into the lower shelves for it to fit. But before I did that, I set it in the bathroom corner (away from toilet and shower and not beneath the sink) to get an idea of the knobs I wanted to order to make it look more custom. Within ONE MONTH, the veneer peeled away in one corner. We have no damp issues in the house or that room, so this is alarming. TLDR: IKEA photo doesn't show lower shelves so you can't tell it's not for pedestal pipes. Veneer isn't durable enough for even the driest corner of a bathroom.1
Poor qualityStephenThe quality of this product is awful. When screwing the screws in the white plastic covering disintegrates and falls away from the board so easily.2
Very Annoyed!!GearoidBought the cabinet upon seeing on display. The top had the lovely cut in to slot under the sink. Great!!!!! NOT the top is cut both the 2 shelves are not!?!?! Will not fit under the sink with a pedestal. NOWHERE did it say it was not suitable for pedestal sinks. Built & sitting in hallway. USELESS.1
