The smooth-running drawer is equipped with a drawer stop and is self-closing the last few centimetres.

The drawer closes slowly, quietly and softly thanks to the built-in dampers.

Well engineered drawersAnonymous reviewerThe drawers are made by Blum, one of the leaders in kitchen hardware, and the quality lives up to this reputation. They are very nice to use, and very nice to install too. I'd recommend using a long, narrow screwdriver, not to use a multitool screwdriver, because it can be hard to access one of the brackets. But apart from that, they are easy to install. The bottoms are very solid, and the runners are a work of art. The drawers click nicely into place, and don't lift up unless you release a plastic clip underneath. This is unlike the more expensive Exceptionell drawers, which despite being more sturdy, they don't lock into place as well. The Maximera drawers are excellent. At this size, the fronts don't bend/rattle too much.5
