Good design - poor wood water resistanceQamarOne of the best so far. Just that wood starts to absorb water and wetness and grows until it bursts open within 2-3 weeks. I bought 4 so far, one lasted only 2 weeks, the others lasted 3 months. Overall very satisfied with it compared to other brands.
The seat cover disintegrates after 1 yearGokhanThe seat is heavy and dense inside. But the outer material used (veneer) is a very poor material and not resistant to any water.
So if you are not cleaning your toilet seat at all or not getting in touch with *any* liquid of sorts, it is for you. Otherwise stay away - this was my third and last.

Material
What is fibreboard?
Fibreboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fibreboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
