    Great pillowJenniferI have been using memory foam ergonomic pillows for a few years, decided to buy this one as a replacement. Great price. First night sleep was fantastic. Great support, firm but oddly soft and comfortable. Delighted with it. No smell, the current packaging has ventilation holes for airing.5

After using it for a couple of months, I began experiencing severe neck pain. I strongly recommend that IKEA’s team review its design from an orthopedic perspective.     How to care for your ergonomic pillow

    With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 40°C, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 60°C.
