I am writing to request a refund for a product I recently purchased from IKEA.
Unfortunately, the quality of the item is very disappointing. During assembly, I noticed several areas where the surface was peeling and damaged. This makes the product look worn and defective, even though it is new.
Given the poor condition and quality of the item, I would like to request a full refund. Please let me know the next steps for returning the product and processing the refund.
