Product details

With this day-bed you quickly and easily create space for overnight guests. Just pull out the bed base and you get a double bed in no time.

With some soft, fluffy pillows as back support, you easily transform this day-bed into a comfortable sofa.

The large drawers have space for extra duvets, pillows, linens or other things you need to store, but want to have close at hand.

The high frame creates a cosy cocoon feeling, and is lacquered so that it's easy to maintain.

Good to know

Choose foam or latex mattresses if you plan to use the daybed as a double bed.

Mattress and bedlinen are sold separately.

Combines with other furniture in the HEMNES series.

The daybed must be combined with two mattresses, 80x200. They are placed on top of each other when you use the daybed as a single bed, and next to each other when you use it as a double bed.

The day-bed is not to be used as two single beds, it should only be used as a double bed when the bed base is pulled out.

Perfect product. NorahI was looking for a double bed option. The room this bed is in also has my attic door. This option is perfect as single child’s bed and the pull out option for sleep overs. This allows access to the attic with moving/pulling the bed out of the way. It was a 2 man job to put together. But is strong and sturdy. And looks amazing 5

Material

What is fibreboard?

Fibreboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fibreboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are. This determines if we will use them for bed frames, sofa frames, kitchen fronts, wardrobe doors, or something completely different.
