How to start your day with fresh energy

Lemon water is rich in Vitamin C, which boosts your immune system, reduces stress, and raises energy levels. Lemons also help reduce inflammation, bloating and signs of aging. They’re as good as they’re good for you, in so many ways. 

 

  • Set yourself up to start the day fresh. Grab your bathrobe and make your way to the kitchen.
