How to enjoy a dinner with a smaller carbon footprint
Making dinner without meat once a week is good for your health and reduces the risk of heart disease. Replacing meat with plant-based choices also reduces your carbon footprint. With the right combination of beans, nuts, soy, and other vegetables, you still get the protein you need for one day.
- Heat the oven, as per the instructions on the packaging.
- Place as many HUVUDROLL plant balls as you need on the roasting tin and put it in the oven. Leave the rest in the freezer for your next meatless meal.
- While the plant balls are cooking, prepare the classic sides – ALLEMANSRÄTTEN mashed potatoes, ALLEMANSRÄTTEN cream sauce, green peas, and lingonberry jam.
- Once everything is cooked – enjoy the taste of Sweden, veggie style!
