It’s an immersive journey that has a restorative effect on body and mind. Dive into nature to wash away stress, recharge and come back feeling refreshed.

How to soak in the power of nature

The practice of "absorbing the atmosphere of the forest" is effective for boosting your mood, increasing your creativity, and improving your sleep. A forest bath also reduces tension, fatigue and stress, helping us to relax and focus. Open your senses, connect with nature, tune in with yourself.

  • Pack a STARTTID backpack with water and some snacks, to keep your energy level up.
  • Go to your favourite forest and start walking.
  • To feel more grounded and connected, take of your shoes and walk barefoot. iF there’s a lake or creek, try dipping your toes in the water.
  • Need an energy boost? Grab one of your snacks.
  • Focus on your senses and the quality of your walk, not the minutes spent, or distance walked.
  • Leave feeling more connected to nature and at peace.
