THE PROMOTER
The promoter of this promotion is IKEA Ireland Limited of 6th Floor, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. The first 150 IKEA Co-workers who are employed by IKEA and have registered their internal IKEA email address as an IKEA Family Member; and
2. The first 150 family and friends of IKEA Co-workers who have registered to be an IKEA Family member
who visit the IKEA Second-Hand Marketplace IE website, log in with their IKEA Family account details and list a product on the IKEA Second-Hand Marketplace (IE) (the “Requirement”) between 16 September 2026 and 06 October 2026 (the “Listing Period”) shall be entitled to receive a Reward after the Minimum Listing Period only. The Reward shall be redeemable from 03 November until 31 August 2027 at any IKEA store in the republic of Ireland or online (“the Redemption Period”).
3. In order to be eligible to receive and redeem the Reward, the listing must remain live until at least 20 October 2026 (the “Minimum Listing Period”).

5. Within 14 days after the Minimum Listing Period has passed, the Reward shall automatically be assigned by email only to the email address used to sign up as an IKEA Family Member, provided that you were either one of the first 150 IKEA co-workers or first 150 IKEA Co-worker friends or family, which can then be redeemed online or in-store at any IKEA store in the republic of Ireland by the Redemption Period.
6. The Rewards are available only while stocks last and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis by reference to the order in which products are listed during the Listing Period. The Promoter does not guarantee the availability of any particular Reward.
ELIGIBILITY
7. Subject to the above conditions, one (1) Reward is allocated per IKEA Family member who fulfils the Requirement during the Listing Period and the Minimum Listing Period. Multiple registrations, repeat attempts or participation on behalf of another person are not permitted.
8. The IKEA Family Member must be a friend or family member of a co-worker or a co-worker employed by IKEA or any company owned directly or indirectly by Inter IKEA Systems B.V. or Ingka Holding B.V. and if they are a co-worker they must use their internal work email address when signing up to become an IKEA Family Member.
9. The Reward is available to IKEA Family Members, over the age of 18 who are Irish residents save for: (a) any person who is not eligible to become an IKEA Family member under the IKEA Family Terms and Conditions;(b) any person who is neither an IKEA co-worker (employed by IKEA or any company owned directly or indirectly by Inter IKEA Systems B.V. or Ingka Holding B.V.) nor a friend or family member of an IKEA co-worker.
10. By participating and receiving the Reward, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to participate and receive a Reward.
11. The Promoter may refuse or end participation if a participant’s conduct in connection with the Requirement is in breach of the IKEA Family Terms and Conditions, unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.
12. Participants must not attempt to collect or redeem items in a manner not authorised by the Promoter under these Terms and Conditions and the IKEA Family Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may immediately take down any product listing it reasonably deems to be fraudulent.
THE REWARDS
13. There are 300 Rewards available
14. The Rewards are:
- 150 x IKEA voucher for IKEA Co-workers
- 150 x IKEA voucher for Friends and Family of IKEA co-workers
each a “Reward” and together the “Rewards”.
15. The Reward(s) are subject to availability.
16. The Reward is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward with a rewards of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Rewards including (without limitation) travel costs.

IKEA service experience Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
By taking part in the happy customer score prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the prize draw.
THE PROMOTER
The promoter of the prize draw is IKEA Ireland Limited of 6th Floor 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Dublin, Ireland.
HOW TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW
1. The prize draw will run from 01 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). All individual prize draw entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified.
2. To be eligible to submit a prize draw entry, you must complete the IKEA service experience survey after having used an IKEA service.
3. The winner(s) will be selected at random by a computer process. The winner(s) will be notified via the email address used to complete the survey with in seven (7) days of the prize draw end date. The winner will have seven (7) days to respond and claim the Prize, otherwise an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize will be sent to the winner at an IE address which will need to be supplied upon acknowledgement of the Prize.
4. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause.
ELIGIBILITY
5. The prize is open to customers over the age of 18 who are IE residents.
6. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

THE PRIZE

11. For a chance to win the Prize the participant must complete the IKEA service experience survey sent to their email address after having used an IKEA service. Completion of the survey will automatically enter the customer into the prize draw.
12. The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. 5. In the event that the Gifts become unavailable in any Participating Store for any reason, or all available Gifts at that store have been distributed then the affected IKEA store(s) reserve the right to cease operation of the Giveaway with immediate effect. Any Gifts not distributed or redeemed during the Giveaway Period shall be retained by the Promoter.
