FICUS potted plant bonsai, assorted colours (12 cm)

IKEA would like to inform all customers who have purchased the FICUS potted plant bonsai, assorted colours (12 cm) that some batches have been discontinued for sale in Ireland.

The reason is that Meloidogyne Enterolobii Nematodes have been found in a limited number of deliveries. This parasite poses no risk to the health or safety of customers however, if you have a plant from the affected batch, it may not stay healthy for long.The affected products bear the following plant passports details:

• Name of the product: Ficus (or A: Ficus Ginseng or A: Ficus microcarpa Ginseng.
• Passport number: NL-652253997.
• Batch: 1494.
• Country of origin: Netherlands (NL)

No other IKEA plants are affected.

What should customers do?

Customers are advised to bring the plant back to IKEA Dublin for a refund or an exchange. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required.

Please place the plant in a plastic bag before returning it, if possible. As a precaution, we kindly ask that you do not reuse the soil from the pot, to help prevent any potential spread.
