IKEA have discovered a quality defect in dishwasher models

At IKEA we take quality and customer relations seriously we would, therefore, like to inform you that in some of our dishwasher models have discovered a quality defect in a component.

This can lead the dishwasher to stop working at a certain point in time or an error message on the display. As quality and customer service are top priorities for us, we want to take care of this issue by providing a service to those who are affected.

If you bought a dishwasher in 2014 or 2015, we kindly ask you to call us on 01 696 6246 to find out if your dishwasher is affected.

Please note that there is no safety risk related to this quality issue. You can continue to wash your dishes with confidence until your service is completed.
