Accessibility, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our culture, with our teams always ready to give a warm welcome for everyone.

Family friendly store & parking

For many a trip to IKEA is a fun day out for the whole family. We take pride in ensuring there are features and facilities available that families need and with something for everyone to enjoy.
All our IKEA stores have free parking, which include Disabled and Parent & Baby parking bays.

Småland

We like to make visiting IKEA both fun for kids and easier for grownups. Småland is our free supervised play area, located at the entrance of our stores.

All children 3-6 years old are welcome to play here! Sorry adults, it may look fun, but it is only for the kids..

Family friendly toilets / baby care rooms

Each store offers family friendly toilets located in all toilet areas as well as nursing and changing facilities.

Baby feeding area

At IKEA, we invite mothers to breastfeed where they wish.
We also have a nursing area within the restaurant that offers a calm and private environment if preferred.

Assisted car loading

We are more than happy to assist you in the loading/unloading of goods to and from your vehicle.

Please just speak with one of our co-workers at the entrance or exits of the store.

For the safety of you and your vehicle, we will always require you to be responsible for the safe loading/unloading of goods and request that you be present at all times.

Shopping bags & trolleys

We have shopping bags for picking up smaller items and trolleys for your bigger shopping items.

We have shopping bags for picking up smaller items that are available whilst exploring our show room and trolleys in both our Market Hall and Self-Serve areas for your bigger shopping items, which are available at the entrances.

All family, wheelchair and disabled specific need trolleys are available at the main entrance of our stores.

Our free WiFi is available all over the store and we are proud to be members of the Friendly WiFi scheme.
