Why has my IDASEN desk stopped working?
In many cases, malfunctions can be fixed by resetting the desk. Please refer to the instructions for guidance.
Please refer to your manual that comes with the product, which describes the quick setup of the desk, as well as the troubleshooting guide.
Please ensure that you have set the desk up correctly before moving onto the troubleshooting guide.
Details on how to reset to the desk are at the bottom of the troubleshooting guide, titled "Basic Settings".
