My ALEX drawers don't run smoothly, or they often get stuck
Please refer to step 20 of the instruction manual.
If your ALEX drawers aren't running smoothly when you pull them out or push them in, or they get stuck, please refer to the instructions. Step 20 will show that the screws need to be inserted from the inside of the drawer, rather than outside in.
If this has been done and you are still experiencing issues, please return the item to your local store, in line with our Returns Policy.
