I followed the instructions and have paired the steering device (remote control, wireless dimmer or motion sensor) to the TRÅDFRI gateway but I don’t see the bulb in the app.
You need to re-pair the bulb with the steering device after connecting the Gateway since the connection may have been lost when you connected the steering device to the gateway.
Sometimes when you pair the steering device to the Gateway it can lose the connection to the bulb.
If you successfully connect the steering device to the gateway and lose the bulb connection, you will just need to re-pair the bulb back to the steering device to reconnect them together. The bulb will then show in your IKEA Home smart app.
