The product I've purchased has missing parts, what shall I do?
If there is a six digit code provided on the assembly guide, we can have these parts sent directly to you for free. We can provide this part for you in-store or delivered to your address.
We're very sorry to hear this. If the part has a 6-digit code on the assembly guide, we can arrange for these to be posted directly to you free of charge - click here to fill out our online form.
If there is no 6-digit code, you can visit any of our IKEA stores with your proof of purchase, and we will provide the part for you. Alternatively, you can contact us. This is only available when your item is still under warranty.
