Why do I need an email address to use Control Anywhere?
Your email address helps us to authenticate that you are the one who is authorised to access your devices when you are outside home. We use your email for authentication purposes only, we respect your privacy and our IKEA values, so we ensure that we will not use your email address for any other purpose apart from authentication.
