Where can I find my IKEA Kreativ scans and designs?

An email will be sent to notify you when the scan is ready to be designed. You can access the design on either mobile or web.

Mobile App

  1. Tap into the IKEA app
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Navigate to Profile (person icon) found on the top left corner
  4. Select Settings
  5. Scroll down to select IKEA Kreativ
  6. Select Saved Rooms on the top left corner 
  7. Browse for your scanned room and tap to design

Web

  1. Visit IKEA.com
  2. Click Go shopping
  3. Click Designs & Planning on the top menu
  4. Click Design with the IKEA Kreativ app
  5. Browse for your scanned room under My scans & designs
  6. Tap to design

Are you looking for designs created with other IKEA planners? 

IKEA offers various planners beyond IKEA Kreativ. If you're interested in exploring other planning tools for designing spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, and customizable furniture, you can access all planners by navigating to "Design & Planning" on the top IKEA menu, then selecting "See all planning tools."
