What can I do if email verification during Control Anywhere or integration setup fails?

Check if your DIRIGERA hub has access to internet, the cables sit correctly and your router either doesn't use DNS filters that might block access to our servers, or support for IPv6 protocol is activated.

If you are sure that you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi, that all cables sit correctly and your DIRIGERA hub has access to the internet, DNS filters on your Wi-Fi router might be blocking access to our servers and/or IPv6 support activated in your Wi-Fi router settings might be causing the verification to fail.
