How do I check stock availability?

Like many retailers, we’re experiencing some difficulties with our supply and are therefore experiencing some availability issues.We’re working hard to get products back onto our shelves. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. For further details click here
You can check stock availability on each product’s page by selecting the store you plan to visit.
If you are placing an online order, simply add your chosen items to your shopping bag and enter your postcode to calculate the delivery date and cost. If any articles are not available for online purchase, you will be notified at this stage.
How do I shop at IKEA?
There are a few different ways to shop with IKEA:
In-store - Visit one of our stores where you can take items home today, or arrange delivery usually from the next day. We can also organise assembly, kitchen installation, van hire, home planning and removal of old furniture for you. View all our services.
Online - You can place an order on our website 24/7 which will be delivered to your chosen address.
Order and collection point - Visit one of our Order and collection points where you can plan, design and experience the IKEA range, then place an order for either home delivery or to come back and collect later. We are also able to organise all the same services as our main stores in the Order and collection points.
What services do you offer to help me save time and energy?
We make it easy for you to pick up, take home and put together your furniture by yourself. Prefer to save time and energy? No problem! We have a range of additional services available to help:

Do you have any online tools to help me plan what I want to order?
We have a number of online planning tools to help you give shape and substance to your dreams. You can play with colours, styles, sizes and configurations to plan your way to perfection through a variety of kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe and storage planners.
You can view your designs in 3D and get a detailed product list to save or print to make it easy to order.
Do you offer any guarantees on products?
We do offer a free, standard 1-year guarantee on all products, in addition, many of our products come with a longer guarantee.
Can I reserve something to collect?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept payments over the phone or reserve items for collection. However, we have recently opened up a new Order and Collection point in Carrickmines which does offer a collection service.
Can I make an IKEA order over the phone?
Yes, you can place an IKEA order over the phone. Please call 0203 645 0000 and one of our co-workers will be able to assist you.
How long are the sessions in SMÅLAND (crèche) and what is there to do there?
Each session is 45 minutes. We take bookings for sessions when you arrive in-store.
Our SMÅLAND crèche facility is available every day, and our fully qualified childcare team are ready to host children throughout the day.
We have a variety of imaginative and interactive toys to keep your little ones occupied, as well as a ball pool. For the creative ones, we have a selection of arts and crafts, books and creative toys.
What facilities do you have for people with disabilities?
At IKEA, we want to make sure our home-furnishing solutions are accessible to as many people as possible.
In order to achieve this we offer the following free services for disabled customers in all of our stores:
Accessible parking spaces – these are located conveniently close to store entrances and may be used by accessible parking badge holders.
Accessible toilets – located in all public toilet block areas in each store.
Hearing loops – installed at numerous locations throughout each store as indicated by signage to assist hearing aid users by switching to T setting or hearing loop programme on their aids.
Loan wheelchairs – a limited number of manual wheelchairs are available inside each store entrance area, a simple sign out process is in place. Motorised scooters are welcome but are not available to loan from stores.
Assisted shopping – request upon arrival or at our customer services areaPlaces to change / Changing places
As part of our inclusive and accessible range of facilities, we are now pleased to be able to offer an enhanced place to change children and adults in our Dublin store. These facilities contain a changing bench and a hoist alongside standard accessible toilet facilities.Places to change are located in the following stores (<12sqm)

Please be advised that users will require their own sling to use the hoist facility and access may be by request or by RADAR key.
