The size of wardrobes mean they are an easy way to transform your bedroom with just one piece. Along with organising your clothes, shoes and accessories, make sure they add some style to your space. Many of our wardrobes include interior fittings, such as clothes rails and shelves to help you carefully arrange your belongings. However, you can choose your own fittings to customise the design of your wardrobe to suit your taste. The PAX fitted wardrobes system allows you to design the look, size and interior to create your own personal wardrobe.

Bedroom wardrobes – fitted or free standing?

A wardrobe can be fitted to your bedroom so that it looks like an integrated part of the room. It can also be a stand-alone piece of furniture. But which one is right for your space? As you can customise the dimensions of fitted wardrobes, they’re often a smart choice for smaller bedrooms where a free-standing wardrobe may dominate. Otherwise, you could choose a smaller standalone wardrobe with just one or two doors to fit into a limited space. In larger bedrooms, a statement free-standing wardrobe can be a real centrepiece. We also have wardrobes with mirrors integrated in the doors, or featuring mirrored doors, which can add both space and style to many rooms.

Be space efficient

Sliding doors

If you’re tight on room, wardrobes with sliding doors can be a real space-saver. Without the need for space to open out at the front, they can slot into any nooks or crannies that might otherwise go unused.

Corner wardrobes

Sometimes, the best place to put a wardrobe is in a corner. This way they can be tucked out of the way and free up space in the rest of the room for drawers or a dressing table. We have a wide selection of corner wardrobes, so you can find one that fits your space and your taste.
