Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

All our stores are now open : here’s what you need to know

Of course, the safety of our customers and co-workers remains the highest priority so we have been working hard to welcome you back safely.

We’ve introduced new measures so you can enjoy a safe and comfortable shopping experience. Due to the need to limit the number of customers in store at once, please expect longer waiting times and consider the weather for your trip, as you may need to queue outside.

We hope to be saying a socially-distanced ‘hej’ to you soon.

Steps for Safer Shopping

Coronavirus social distancing within 2m. Two individuals standing within 2 m distance to each other.

Social distance shopping

To ensure a safe shopping experience we ask that you shop in groups of up to 4 people.

There will be a queuing system outside to manage entry into the store. Please bear in mind that due to the implementation of additional safety measures, queuing times will be a little longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

We’ll have co-workers and signage throughout the store to help you stick to social distancing guidelines.

In line with Government guidance, customers are reminded that face coverings should be worn while shopping in all stores.

Extra cleaning and safety precautions

As you might expect, we'll be doing extra scrubbing, cleaning, and sterilising to make the whole store as safe as possible for you.

Hand sanitisers will be stationed throughout the store, as will new protective screens at key points such as checkouts.

We recommend you come prepared with ready-made lists and your own bags.

Cards not cash

We will only accept cashless payments to reduce the amount of contact between you and our co-workers.

We have also installed protective screens at key points across the store including checkouts to provide extra protection.
