Countless opportunities

We offer opportunities in our units to get to know our company through internships or work try-outs. Here are a few of the opportunities we offer:

Sales – you will get to explore the operations of inspiring showrooms and presentation areas as well as producing a good customer experience.

Logistics – you will learn about warehouse management, transportation, and omnichannel commerce. Work shifts and tasks are available from early morning to late evening.

COM-In – you will get to create exciting and inspiring interior design solutions for the delight of our customers. In this role, you may get to design and build new showrooms.

IKEA Food – we want to offer our customers the opportunity to enjoy delicious food at a low price in our restaurants. The restaurant, bistro, and Swedish Food Market each have their own important significance for the customer experience.

Customer Service – you will get to see the whole spectrum of omnichannel customer experiences. In our customer service, we respond to delivery orders, assist the customer in reclamation situations, and build a first-class customer experience.
