IKEA Sustainability Report FY24
IKEA Sustainability Report FY24 summarizes our progress on sustainability goals during the 2024 financial year. The report highlights practical actions and initiatives across the entire IKEA value chain and franchise system. It gives an overview of what has been done and the ongoing work to track progress.
The IKEA Sustainability Strategy
We’ve set ambitious goals. These include cutting greenhouse gas emissions by half across our entire value chain by 2030 (compared to 2016 levels), and reaching net zero emissions without using offsets by 2050. We also plan to remove and store carbon through forestry, agriculture, and our products, and by supporting reductions outside our value chain in society.

The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is the Nordic region’s official environmental label. It is only granted to products that meet stringent environmental, health, quality and functional requirements. IKEA is proud to be able to offer a growing range of Nordic Swan Ecolabelled products.
