  • Care

    Clean the carbon filter every 3 months. Remove it from the cassette and wash in the dishwasher at max. 70°C or by hand in warm water. Do not use abrasive sponges/detergents.

    After washing, dry the carbon filter in the oven for 2 hours at max. 70°C, or at room temperature. Dry in vertical position to facilitate drainage.

It has only flat rag circle which you should fit yourself into plastic framework. “original” filter has a bit bigger height and ~200g extra weight because of charcoal elements inside. Shame on IKEA to sell such bad quality product. PS. On site mentioned that filter’s weight is 430g. In reality - ~140g1
