How to get it

The Danish designer Erik Wörtz was known for being in tune with and ahead of the times. An example of this is the POP68 series, which is represented by GARNANÄS coffee table in the Nytillverkad collection.

Part of the Nytillverkad collection where several IKEA classics have been given a new look.

This coffee table was originally part of the POP68 series, which in the same year’s catalogue was said to be for "everyone who dares to think young, new and upbeat". By the Danish designer Erik Wörtz.

Separate shelf for magazines, etc. helps you keep your things organised and the table top clear.

The castors make it easy to move the table if needed.

In this version we’ve added a wall between the table top and the shelf to ensure that the coffee table can withstand a load of max. 10 kg.

I use this as a table between two Poang chairs and it works perfectly. It’s solid and directions were easy for assembly. Assembly took me a bit of time, but I’m not that good at such things. It’s very high quality.
