Instructions for placing an order for business customers

When placing an order, please take into account the following points:

• IKEA Business account number/billing agreement number or business ID number
• The reference you want to use for the invoice
• Delivery address
• Delivery method (collect, street delivery, parcel or pick-up from the store)
• Requested delivery time
• Contact details of the contact person for the order
• Contact details of the recipient of the order
• Details of the products to be ordered (item number and quantity)
