How does the 365-day exchange and return policy work?
We offer a full 365-day exchange and return policy for unused items.
It's perfectly OK to change your mind, however, sometimes the purchased product is not suitable for your home or office. We offer a 365-day return policy for unopened, opened and assembled but unused products. Our mattresses, duvets and pillows have a separate 90-night exchange right.
