Do I have to assemble the product myself?
Most of our products are packed as flat as possible.
On our website, on each product's own product page, you will find assembly instructions, which you can familiarize yourself with when making a purchase decision.
Putting together a piece of furniture often sounds more difficult than it actuallyis. However, if you end up with an assembly service, you can check the availability of the service in the shopping cart of our online store and order it at the same time as ordering the product to be assembled. If you have already purchased a piece of furniture, our customer service will help you order the assembly service, or you can book and purchase the service through the Purchase History in your IKEA Family profile.
Please note that kitchen and bathroom installations should be contacted directly by the nearest installation partner. You can find the contact information of all our installation partners on our Finnish website page Assembly and installation services. With their experience, the IKEA furniture you buy will be carefully assembled with professionalism.
