What is IKEA Second Hand service ?
You can bring your old IKEA furniture to our second hand service to give them another life.
We pay you for your old IKEA furniture with a refund card that you can use to make new IKEA purchases in our store or in our webstore.
Once you have brought your assembled and intact IKEA treasures to the nearest IKEA customer service point, the store will either sell the products safely to new homes or recycle them in a responsible way. The service does not apply to products that have been in business use. The second-hand service is available in each of our department stores.
More detailed instructions can be found on the page Second hand service. You can check the products we accept Second Hand from the Second Hand calculator.
