Why are your websites only in Finnish and English?

We offer our websites currently in Finnish and in English.

We are constantly developing our services in order to serve our customers more smoothly and taking into account the local needs of our regions.

At the moment IKEA Finland offers www.IKEA.com/fi/fi in Finnish and www.IKEA.com/fi/en in English. Both websites provide product information and interior inspiration to consumers of nearly 28000 IKEA products.

  • In addition to the Finnish and English language, our customer service helps also in Swedish.
  • In addition to Finnish and English language, our department stores also have experts in Swedish. 
  • If you wish to chat with us in Finnish, go to www.IKEA.com/fi/fi, and click the yellow chat icon. If you can't see it, you'll need to allow pop-ups from your browsers settings. You can request from our chatbot to be connected to a customer service representative by typing 'Customer Service' in the chat. After that, the chatbot will ask you to choose are you a private or corporate customer, before you can choose a subject for your inquiry. After which you will be prompted to provide your name and email address. Finally, you will be connected to a customer service representative.
  • If the customer service is closed, chatbot will inform you about it.
