How soon should a Click & Collect order be picked up?
The order must be picked up within 3 days. The arrival notification will also inform you of the last pickup date for your order.
The pickup time (3 days) includes all days of the week, even those when the Click & Collect pickup point is closed. For example, if you receive the pickup notification on a Friday and the pickup point is closed over the weekend, the package can still be picked up on Monday. If you have not received a pickup notification, you can check the status of your order on the Order Management page. As soon as you see the PIN pickup code on the site, you can come to pick up your order.
