Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Yes! Please follow these steps to get a copy of your invoice!

If you are IKEA Business Network customer, please contact [email protected].

If you have made your purchase using hei-card or IKEA-loan, please contact Ikano Bank customer service by calling 0107735708 or by email [email protected].

If you made your purchase using IKEA-invoice, log into your Puchase history and select the purchase: in the side bar you will find copy of the invoice/receipt. Please note, that invoice is available after the purchase has been delivered to you/picked up.
