What does the delivery time window mean?

The delivery time window is selected for the implementation of the transport service.

Depending on the service provider, the date and delivery window selected at the time of purchase is either preliminary or valid. In the order confirmation of the purchase that includes the transport service, you can see the supplier and detailed information related to the delivery.

If the supplier is Posti, the delivery date and time window selected at the time of purchase are preliminary. The mail will return to you separately from the actual delivery date and window. In this case, you can still change the delivery time if necessary.

Our other transport partners deliver the order within the time window selected at the time of purchase and check that the recipient is present by calling.

The carrier plans delivery schedules on a daily basis, so unfortunately we are unable to give a more specific time for delivery in advance. Please make sure that someone is present to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
