What do I do if the online store payment is not successful?
Please check that you have entered payment information correctly. You can try to enter them again or using another payment method.
If you receive an error message or encounter other problems when paying for an online order, no money will be deducted from your account. Please try these methods if you receive an error:
- Check that you are using the latest version of you web browser
- Empty your browser's cache/cookies
- If you tried making a purchase on IKEA.fi's web version, please try making the purchase in our IKEA App
