What do I do if I can’t find the spare part for my appliance on the ASCI webpage?

If the part is not available through ASCI, you can first contact ASCI to request the spare part needed by using the contact us form of ASCI.

To contact ASCI, please use the Finnish ASCI contact us form. If ASCI cannot provide the spare part needed, we recommend contacting the authorized service center for your appliance. You can find the information in the manual of your product. If you need additional support, please contact us.
