Mobile interpretation service for sign language
We are committed to developing a customer experience that is equal in all our operations and have introduced a mobile interpretation service as part of our ongoing effort to make our services accessible to as many people as possible.

Sign language interpretation is carried out through the CHABLA application.
Download the app to your phone and use it to make a free call to IKEA Finland's service number. With the interpreter provided by the CHABLA service, you and an IKEA employee can have a seamless conversation while the interpreter translates the spoken language into Finnish sign language.
The CHABLA mobile interpretation service is available for download to your smartphone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play Store.
The application and calls made through it are free of charge for the customer. The service is available during the opening hours of IKEA customer service and locations on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM.
